Things to do in Valdosta

Valdosta is the largest city in south-central Georgia, just north of the Florida line along I-75. Its economy is built on Valdosta State University, Moody Air Force Base, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, along with agriculture in the surrounding counties. Known as the Azalea City for the blooms that brighten its neighborhoods each spring, Valdosta is also famous for high school football, and its historic downtown and university district give the city a lively feel.
