This policy explains what personal information ATI Jet Inc., doing business as Jetvia and Littlebird (“we”, “us”), collects when you use the Littlebird website and services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account details: name, legal first and last name as on your government ID, email address, mobile number and home airport.
Trip details: searches and quotes, itineraries, passenger names, notes and special requests (which may include information about pets, mobility or medical needs if you choose to tell us).
Payment details: billing name and address. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we see only the card brand, last four digits and whether it’s a credit or debit card. For deposits, we keep the bank transfer details Stripe gives us and a record of transfers received.
Planners and travelers: when you add a planner or book for someone, the name, email and relationship you give us.
Beta sign-ups and messages: what you send us through forms, email or phone.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the dates and times of visits.
Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the site. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide quotes, book and operate your flights, prepare passenger manifests and contact you about your trips.
To take payments, hold and return deposits, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
To send account, booking, receipt and deposit emails, and, where allowed, news about Littlebird (you can opt out at any time).
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as an air carrier, including FAA, TSA, customs and tax requirements.
To keep the Service secure, fix problems and improve it.

3. How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

With the operator of your flight (ATI Jet Inc. d/b/a Jetvia, or another Part 135 operator named on your booking) and with crew, FBOs, ground handlers and others needed to carry out your trip.
With service providers who process it for us under contract: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments and deposits), Resend (email delivery), our hosting and database providers, and our flight scheduling software.
With planners and travelers you’ve linked to your account, for the trips they can see.
With authorities when the law requires it (for example, passenger manifests for customs or security), or to protect the safety, rights or property of our passengers, crew, or the public.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep booking, payment and manifest records for as long as aviation, tax and accounting laws require (generally at least seven years), and then delete or anonymize them.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

6. Your choices and rights

You can see and update your profile in your account at any time.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it (we may need to keep some records as described above).
Depending on where you live (for example California, Texas, Colorado or Virginia), you may have additional rights, including to know what we collect and to appeal a decision about your request. We won’t discriminate against you for using them.

7. Children

The Service is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 except as a passenger name provided by a parent or guardian for a booking.

8. Changes

We’ll post any changes here with a new date, and tell you by email or on the site if they’re significant.
