Cancellations and changes
Domestic flights are fully refundable more than 72 hours before departure, 50% refundable 48 to 72 hours before, and non-refundable inside 48 hours. Peak days and international trips have their own schedules.
Cancellations are per flight segment and governed by the Charter Agreement & Cancellation Policy you accept at checkout.
Domestic trips
- More than 72 hours before departure: fully refundable.
- 72 to 48 hours before: 50% refundable.
- Less than 48 hours before: non-refundable.
- Peak days: fully refundable more than 120 hours before the flight segment; non-refundable 120 hours or less before.
International trips
- More than 96 hours before departure: fully refundable, less any handler fees actually incurred.
- 96 to 72 hours before: 50% of the trip price plus handler fees.
- 72 hours or less before: 100%.
- Peak days: 100% regardless of notice.
Peak days
Peak days are the specific dates published at jetvia.com/peakday. On peak days the operator may also move a departure up to 3 hours from the requested time.

If we have to cancel
If weather, maintenance or other conditions outside our control affect your flight, we'll work with you on options. If an aircraft has a mechanical issue, we look for a recovery aircraft in our fleet, as set out in the Charter Agreement.
