Urgent Parts Delivery by Private Plane

Littlebird Cargo · Parts & equipment

Urgent parts, flown the same day

When a line is down or a machine is waiting, the part shouldn't sit in a sorting hub. We fly it direct on a dedicated aircraft, often within hours.

Urgent Parts Delivery by Private Plane

A stopped production line, a broken-down truck or a race car missing a component costs far more per hour than the flight that fixes it. Littlebird puts your part on a dedicated Cirrus and flies it straight to the regional airport closest to where it's needed, with no connections, no transfers and no overnight wait.

You book the aircraft for your shipment alone, so departure is when the part is ready, not when a scheduled cargo flight leaves. Have someone meet the airplane at the FBO and the part is on its way to the job minutes after landing.

Packing parts & equipment for the flight

  • Drain any fluids (oil, coolant, fuel) and cap open ports. Parts that have held fuel must be certified clean or they can't fly.
  • Pack in a sturdy box or crate with the part blocked so it can't shift; aircraft see more motion than a delivery van.
  • Batteries must stay installed in the equipment they power, protected from switching on.
  • Label each box with the receiving contact and phone number.

Fewer hands

Every handoff is a risk. We cut them to two.

On board

Where your package rides

Inside the cabin of a Cirrus SR20, not a cargo hold or a sorting bin. Our crew loads it, secures it and keeps it in sight from engine start to shutdown.
