Hot Springs is a small village in Bath County, deep in the Allegheny Mountains near the West Virginia line, best known as the home of the Omni Homestead Resort. Travelers have come to soak in the area’s warm mineral springs since the eighteenth century, and the Homestead has hosted presidents and generations of families. Bath County is one of the least populated counties in Virginia, with an economy centered on the resort, hospitality, agriculture and the surrounding national forest.
