Things to do in Houma

Houma is the seat of Terrebonne Parish, deep in the bayou country of south Louisiana, where waterways and marsh reach toward the Gulf. The city is a major center for the offshore oil and gas industry, with companies that build and service vessels, platforms and pipelines, and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway runs right through town.
