Where our service area includes destinations outside the U.S., every passenger needs passport details on the booking, international taxes apply, and the international cancellation schedule is used.
Some service areas include airports outside the United States (our areas are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Bahamas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mexico, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming). Search the airports as usual; the quote shows any international taxes and handling fees.
Passports
For international trips, add passport details for everyone flying when you add passengers: legal name exactly as on the passport, date of birth, nationality and passport number, and you can upload a photo of the photo page. Only you and our operations team can see it.
Cancellations
International trips use their own cancellation schedule, set out in Cancellations and changes.
