Payment options
Pay by card or from a refundable deposit balance you fund by wire or ACH. Credit cards add a 3% fee; debit cards don't. Account credit and coupons are applied at checkout.
Card
Pay with any major card through our payment provider, Stripe. Credit cards add a 3% card fee, shown before you pay. Debit and prepaid cards never do, and neither does paying from your deposit balance.
Deposit balance (wire or ACH)
Your account has its own account number for wire and ACH transfers. Money you send there becomes your deposit balance, which you can use at checkout. Deposits stay yours until a booking uses them, and you can ask for any unused balance back to the bank account it came from.
Account credit
Promotional credit we issue is applied at checkout before your deposit balance and card. It has no cash value and can't be refunded or transferred.
Coupons
Enter a coupon code at checkout. Coupons are subject to the conditions shown with them.
When you're charged
Instant-book trips are charged at checkout. Requests save your card at checkout and charge it only when we confirm the trip.
