Things to do in St. Simons Island

St. Simons is the largest of Georgia’s Golden Isles, a barrier island of live oaks, salt marsh and beaches midway between Savannah and Jacksonville. Its village has a fishing pier, a historic lighthouse and a walkable cluster of restaurants and shops, while neighboring Sea Island is home to the Cloister and the Lodge, one of the most celebrated resorts in the South and host of the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic each fall.
