Things to do in Lake Placid

Lake Placid is the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks and one of the few places in the world to have hosted the Winter Olympics twice, in 1932 and 1980. That Olympic legacy still defines the village, with training facilities, ski jumps, a bobsled track and arenas that continue to host international competitions.
