The day of your flight
Your trip page shows the FBO (private terminal) for each leg once confirmed. Arrive a little before departure, with ID for every passenger. No airline check-in or security lines.
Where to go
Private flights leave from an FBO (fixed-base operator), the private terminal at the airport, not the airline terminal. Once your trip is confirmed, your aircraft, crew and FBO details appear on each leg of your trip page.
When to arrive
There's no airline-style check-in or security line. Arrive a little before your departure time with ID for every passenger.
Delays caused by your party
There's a one-hour grace period beyond the scheduled departure. After that, a delay that affects a following flight may carry a fee of $500 per 30 minutes, and a delay beyond 90 minutes may be treated as a cancellation, as set out in the Charter Agreement.
Weather and safety
Our team reaches out before departure with any weather or schedule updates. The pilot-in-command decides whether it's safe to fly; weather, maintenance, air traffic control and other conditions outside our control can delay or cancel a flight.
