Adding passengers
Add everyone flying with their legal name exactly as on their government ID, plus weight for weight and balance. International trips also need passport details.
After you book, add everyone who's flying to the trip. We need their details for the passenger manifest.
- Legal name exactly as it appears on their government ID.
- Date of birth.
- Weight, for the aircraft's weight and balance. It's kept private.
- Passport details for international trips, with an optional photo of the photo page.
- Notes for the crew: mobility needs, allergies, pets travelling with them or large items.
Save regular passengers in your account under Passengers to reuse them on future trips.

Why do you need passengers' weight?
Small aircraft have strict weight and balance limits, so the crew plans every flight with each passenger's approximate weight. It's kept private.
Do passengers need ID?
Yes. Names on the booking must match each passenger's government ID; international trips need passports.
Can I change passengers after booking?
Yes, update them on your trip page before departure. Keep names exactly as on ID.
