How booking a flight works

1. Search

Enter where you're flying from and to, the date and time, one-way or round trip, and how many passengers. Times are local to each departure airport. New searches start two weeks from today; change the date to whatever you need.

2. Compare live prices

You'll see a price for each aircraft that can fly your trip, with every fee and tax included. Prices are calculated live from aircraft availability, flight time and the fees for those dates, and a quote holds for 24 hours. We may also suggest a nearby airport or a slightly different time that saves you money.

3. Book and pay

Create a free account (or log in), add everyone who's flying, and pay by card or from your deposit balance. Trips departing between 24 hours and 90 days from now can be booked instantly: your flight is confirmed and paid at checkout. Trips departing sooner (at least 2 hours out) or further ahead (up to 365 days) are a request to book: your card is saved at checkout and charged only when our team confirms the trip.

4. Before you fly

Your trip page shows your itinerary, passengers and payment. Once the trip is confirmed, your aircraft, crew and FBO (private terminal) details appear on each leg, and our team reaches out before departure with any weather or schedule updates.
