Trips 24 hours to 90 days out can be booked instantly and are confirmed at checkout. Other trips are requests: your card is saved, and you're charged only when our team confirms.

Instant book
Trips departing between 24 hours and 90 days from now can be booked instantly: your flight is confirmed and paid at checkout.
Request to book
Trips departing sooner (at least 2 hours out) or further ahead (up to 365 days) are a request to book: your card is saved at checkout and charged only when our team confirms the trip. If we can't confirm it, nothing is charged. We may suggest another time or aircraft instead.

When is my flight confirmed?
Instant-book trips (24 hours to 90 days out) are confirmed when payment succeeds at checkout. Requests are confirmed by our team, and we email you as soon as they are.
Am I charged for a request before it's confirmed?
No. Your card is saved at checkout, with no charge or hold, and charged only when we confirm the trip. If we can't, nothing is charged.
How far in advance can I book?
Online bookings and requests are accepted from 2 hours up to 365 days before departure.
Can I book a same-day flight?
Online requests need at least 2 hours notice. For shorter notice, contact us directly and we'll check what's available.
